Graphic Designer | Full Time
Requirements :
1. Graduated from Psychology/Management/Communication/Law majors
2. Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in HR, preferably with experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry
3. Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Docs
4. Good analytical, time management, public speaking, and work motivation
5. Understanding employee administration management (employment contracts, attendance, employee database, BPJS, etc.)
6. Willing to work at Tebet, South Jakarta
Job Description:
1. Handling end to end recruitment processes and mass recruitment
2. Manage HR administration (employee data, contracts, etc.).
3. Conduct Psychological Testing if it needed
4. Support payroll process and absence
5. Daily HR support
6. Support in engagement/company event
