Product Manager

Job Description

• Deep understanding of brand and costumer experiences, identify and fill existing product gaps and generate new ideas that improve product and brand experience
• Collaboration with Software Engineer, QA, Project Manager, System Analyst and UI/UX designer, and Business Team to develop the product
• Develop product roadmap based on user research, competitive benchmarking and data inside
• Proactively identify opportunities, trends, risks, and promptly tech corrective action whenever necessary
• Daily monitoring of product metrics, funnels, and experiments

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experiences in product management. CRM would be advantage
• Strong problem solving and ideation.
• Proven experience of working with cross/functional teams including engineering, design, quality, and other business teams
• Having knowledge in social media and customer handling
• Deep understanding about CRM
• Data and metrics driven decision making
