Account Receivable (AR) Collection B2B

Job Description:

• Analyze, collect, and record progress information

• Sending bills to customers/consumers until they are paid.

• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications

• Keep good relationships with customers/consumers

• Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in collection or similar role

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
