Job Description

Process supplier invoices payments, verify documents, and execute timely payments using accounting systems.

Monitor accounts payable reconciliation, manage payment schedules, and reduce overdue payments to maintain strong vendor relationships.

Prepare and report monthly/annual taxes (PPh 21/23, PPN, PPh 4(2)), including e-Faktur and e-Bupot in line with DJP requirements.

Support internal/external audits related to AP and tax, and identify cost savings through payment terms negotiation.

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy in accounting system and payment execution.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience in handling Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Badan) end-to-end.
Requirement

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field; 3-5 years AP/Tax experience is mandatory.

Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with Indonesian tax regulations.

Excellent time management to meet payment deadlines, problem-solving for invoice discrepancies, adaptability to changing regulations, teamwork for cross-department collaboration, and integrity in handling financial data.

Brevet Pajak certification and knowledge accounting systems Xero is preferred.
